Inside of a Dog: What Dogs See, Smell, and Know
This book was both cute and informative. It certainly made me look at my dogs in a different way. However, I ended up losing some of my steam midway through; whether this was because the pacing slowed down or I was just burned out from reading Sometimes a Great Notion, we shall never know. I loved Horowitz's funny asides (she is obviously a proponent of big dogs over little yappy-type dogs) and would have loved to see more of them throughout.
